This delightful escape located on the border of Rye and Blairgowrie, Anelida Air offers a quiet, spacious, and relaxed entertaining space for every occasion and in a superb location. This home is the perfect getaway for family get-togethers or for those that want to relax and unwind.

With 4 bedrooms on the upper level sleeping 10 adults, this recently refreshed, enhancing split level home allows uncompromised holiday living. Whether you’re travelling as a couple, family or even small groups, this space is accomodating for everybody. Enjoy the entertainers kitchen with a respectfully large dining table for all to sit around and relax in our modern living area with the comfort of our Coonara wood heater durning the cooler months (the house also equipped with 2 split system units, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs).

Creating a family friendly atmosphere, the outdoor area also provides huge options with a BBQ, Hot Tub, outdoor table setting, and a lawn area with plenty of space for the kids to play safely with a lockable gate .This space allows you to park all cars inside the property, even your boat!

It is a 15- minute walk to Rye bayside beach and Blairgowrie town, where there are many convenient stores, cafes and restaurants situated right around the corner. The peninsula hot springs, the Sorrento shopping strip, Rye back beach, world renown golf courses and horse trail tracks are just a few of the leisures that surround Anelida Air; all less then a 10-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can jump in the car and travel a little to see all the natural beauty the Peninsula has to offer, from award winning wineries and restaurants to kids activities and bush walks though national parks and costal walks. There are so many wonderful attributes the peninsula holds.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire front of property, spa and BBQ facilities. The private outdoor living and entertaining area are located at the front of the property. ***Please note-there is no access to the rear of the property

* Linen is provided (sheets, quilt, quilt covers, pillows etc)
* Split system AC/heating downstairs and upstairs. Fans in all upstairs bedrooms
*Wood fire heater downstairs- firewood not supplied but can be purchased at local service station
* The spa is available for use for all guests however please be aware that heater takes up to 6 hours to heat once turned on by guests
* No Schoolies Bookings

* Guests are asked to agree to abide by the Mornington Peninsula Short Stay Code of Conduct apron arrival and prior to collection of the keys.
