Our apartments are designed as a peaceful refuge for guests who need a calm and restorative place to stay near the hospital precinct. Many of our guests are medical professionals working long shifts or families supporting loved ones nearby. We ask all guests to help maintain the quiet and respectful environment that makes this possible.

No smoking is permitted both in the apartment and on the balcony. This is a requirement for all building residents, and breaches incur a fine.

The occupant is responsible for observing all Ivanhoe Gardens building rules and policies at al times including in common areas. Where a breach notice or fine is issued by Ivanhoe Gardens as a result of the occupants actions or actions of anyone they invite to the property, the occupant will be required to pay any associated breach fee (currently $375-659AUD).
