Great location as its very central with lost of eating options. The hotel service was amazing, they allowed us to check in and check out late (for a very small fee). The staff are amazing and very helpful.

매우 별로임. 일단 위치가 찾아가기 힘듦. 밤 11시경 늦게들어와 샤워후 타월이 필요한데 어디에도 연락이 되지않음. 조식부페에 사람이 많아서 대기있음. 프론트 직원들 인도사람이 대부분이고 영어 잘 못하고 불친절함. 다시는 안갈거같음.

The location was spot on, handy to get a tram and get around Melbourne CBD. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Could do with a little two seater dining so that when you order in you don’t have to sit on the bed to eat your dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed 2night over the weekend. The location is convenient close to shppingall and trains and trams. The service quite good. But this hotel has combined hotel (Novotel and Ibis) so check in and out area sometimes busy. The room is newly renovated but our bathroom sliding door doesn't have lock that is bit untreated. Overall it was nice stay.

Overall it’s is a nice hotel. Easy to find and the room is clean. However, if you take a overnight flight to get over there, I would not recommend. The check in time is 2pm but we wait until 3pm the room is still not available. The staff explanation is the Singapore airline delay the check out time. But why we need to wait fore more than one hour and still could not mention when we could get the room? We could finally check in at 5pm. It would be super exhausted if you can not take a good rest after long flight. Although they offer the welcome drinks to us, we just feel disappointed.

The reception staff was great n friendly. The restaurant had limited supply of food for those late risers n there's no one to make you an extra fried egg when the ones there had run out. The fresh fruit juicer was great. I would book it again in next visit to Melb.

Good central location. Incompetent staff, took more than half an hour to check in 5 rooms, which were already prepaid. 3 staff members at the reception were trying to check in our group and were very lost at what they were doing. They kept on asking on providing photo id numerous times of the same person that was already checked by another reception staff. We asked for a late check out for a fee but were refused with explanation that the hotel is at the full occupancy. I did check the availability on line and there were rooms available of the same configuration for $220 per room per night. Very unpleasant experience when the staff is incapable or not trained for the job.
