We love this because
We can escape to a quiet cottage close to the Tootgarook Wetlands and within walking distance to the picturesque shores of Capel Sound on the Mornington Peninsula. This lovely renovated coastal-inspired weatherboard home is the perfect blend of modern comforts and timeless charm. This place is like the endless treat jar of cottages for hoomans and doggos alike. With two lounge rooms inside, there's plenty of space to kick back and relax. But that's not all! There's also a huge recreation/games room with a kitchenette. Stock up the second fridge with your beverage of choice, and open up the doors to connect to the private undercover outdoor area. Your days and evenings are all set for a tail-wagging good time!
There's a Hamptons-style fully equipped kitchen for whipping up delicious meals. And did I mention there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms? That means there's plenty of room for your family and friends both the two-legged and four-legged ones.
The interior has a coastal feel with beautiful hardwood flooring and coastal-inspired furniture and decor. No matter the weather, you'll be comfortable with ducted heating and reverse cycle air conditioning, ensuring apleasant stay year-round.
Playtime in the Yard:
The outdoor area is secure and a dog's paradise, with plenty of off-street parking (theres even room for a boat) for hoomans and loads of space for dogs like me to run and play. There's even grass for the kids, or, better yet, us dogs!

The beach is just a 15-minute stroll away, perfect for digging and splashing in the waves. Our favorite cafe, The Kitchen, is only an 18-minute walk, and the fancy Veraison Restaurant is just 16 minutes away a great spot for a special treat!
If you're up for adventures, within a 5-minute drive, you'll find the Cups Estate, Peninsula Hot Springs, and Alba Thermal Springs exciting spots for hoomans and pet parents. Golf enthusiasts can swing by nearby courses like Eagle Ridge, The Dunes, Moonah Links, and St Andrews. And don't forget the Boneo Maze, a super fun place for the little hoomans or Gunnamatta Trail Rides for the adventurous ones. Seafarers Cottage is perfect for pet-friendly stays because dogs like me, and they've got a large yard to play in. There's grass, and if my hoomans go out, they can leave me in another safe spot at the side of the house where I'll be shaded from the sun. It's a dog's paradise!
