'We LOVED this property. The pool / lounge area is extraordinary - the pictures don't come close to doing it justice. My kids and I stayed here for 6 nights; the staff is meticulously trained and welcoming. Stevie the concierge was very helpful. Had a few issues with our mini-fridge and maintenance took care of it immediately. Customer service was 10/10 in every element of the word and with every interaction we had. 'The Hyatt Centric is more contemporary than I would look at usually. It was reccommended by a family member. !5-20 min walk to Bourke St shops.good size room and as i had a corner room it was at the end of the floor and so very quiet. Surrounded by high rise it didnt feeel very private with curtains open. I would have liked a normal working desk or work chair as the armchair that doubled was too low to work at comfortably for long.'

Only thing to be mindful of is that the entrance is up a flight of stairs. 'Our stay at Tyrian Apartments in Albert Park was great, and felt very luxurious. The rooms are sizable and well appointed. The bedding and bed is great. The shower is great and comes with Kevin Murphy hair and body products. The rooftop pool is a hidden gem and so beautiful with views over Albert Park Lake, the Bay and city. The onsite parking is very handy and very close to St Kilda Road trams. Highly recommend!'
