The keys are located 165 m from the apartment complex. Just quote the code to the store person and advise that you're there to collect apartment keys.

They are open everyday:
7.00am until 12.00am

If you arrive outside these hours, don't hesitate to contact our team to arrange an alternative solution.

Your unique key code will be included in the house manual, which will be sent to you three days before your stay.

Please return the keys to the convenience store when leaving.

ARRIVING OUTSIDE OF OPENING HOURS
Please check the opening hours for your home's key collection location. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, we can arrange access via a key lockbox for your convenience. Please note there is a $50 fee to set this up.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
