Great place
Loved the location. We stayed in 3br cottage, that had everything we needed and more. It was so peaceful. Great little walking track to the creek, where the owners have set up a table and chairs where you could sit and have drinks. The alpacas are an added bonus also. Greg, the owner was most helpful and nothing was a bother. Would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our two nights at Valley Farm Vineyard Cottages. A great property for a couple of nights away from the city, exploring the wineries and food of the Yarra Valley. Greg was welcoming and communicated everything well. Highly recommended.

This property is so beautiful! We had four generations staying ranging from 2 months to 88 years old and we were all very happy and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and understanding when I booked incorrectly.

Only one word to describe our stay at Valley Farm, Amazing ! We really enjoyed our stay here, it was close enough to Healesville to have access to meet our needs yet still far enough to enjoy the beautiful country side. The accommodation was great and communication from host Greg was spot on, hopefully we get a chance to visit and stay there again.

We were able to feed the alpacas. The property owners left a bucket of food outside our cottage. They left a lovely welcoming message on the whiteboard. Refilled the firewood daily for us. Were very helpful indeed.

The location is beautiful and so picturesque. Great place to escape and recharge away from the hustle and bustle. Greg and Louise were great hosts with lots a recommendations on where to go and what to do. The farm is in the perfect spot to access all sights across the Yarra Valley. The cottage is clean and has everything you need. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice quiet spot in the country yet close to Healesville. We used the cabin to meet with family we had not seen for years. It was a wondetful facility for that purpose.

Surprised and impressed by the character, cleanliness and facilities at Valley Farm. Superb private location and only a few minutes from Healesville and all of the surrounding wineries, eateries and artisan food specialists. Beds VERY firm but didn't spoil the overall experience.

Top class accomodation would highly recommend
Our first impression was to received a friendly welcome. We given a great overview of what to see and do in the area plus great places to eat etc. The property is beautiful, loved the view of the alpaca’s from our window. We will definitely go back!! ❤️

Beautiful cottage close enough to Healesville that travelling to restaurants and wineries is easy and just far enough out to feel incredibly peaceful and secluded.

We spent two nights here and it was lovely. Close to town but far enough away to be quiet. Gracious hosts and excellent service.

A beautiful quiet getaway location surrounded by hills and forests. Comfortable, pleasant decored rooms with large windows overlooking vineyards and hills. Approximately 20 minutes direction to neighbouring towns with the beautiful town of Healesville a few minutes drive away.

Warm, friendly host
It was a positive experience! Friendly and warm host made it felt like home. It was rather cold and thankfully there were electric blankets! The road after 5pm is dark and easy to get lost if not familiar. Google map not working all the time. The place was huge, could easily stayed up to 6 people. Saw the review that the animals would pop by the house, was looking forward to it but it's actually a distance away. I guess depends on which house you are staying at.

Sorry you missed the main entrance, there is a large 3m sign which is angled directly in front of oncoming headlights. We also email all guests detailed directions. Regarding the alpacas, they do surround all cottages but sometimes they do need to source feed in other areas of the paddock.

A wonderful property
What a breath of fresh air to be greeted and looked after by very lovely owners. They bent over backwards to accommodate us and their customer service was beautiful. We stayed in the 3 bedroom cottages. The cottages are gorgeous sitting on the deck surrounded by grape vines was special. I loved walking around your beautiful property even though I have a fear of alpacas lol they where beautiful 😣. We wished we had more time to spend walking and site seeing. Make sure you taste the wine and take home a few bottles of the Syrah 👌👌👌👌. I really didn't want to put a negative because the stay was made so perfect by the owners and we loved everything except for the beds and blinds 🙊. squeaky and hard mattresses and the blinds wouldn't close so the room was very bright. The linen was beautiful quality. We will be back and recommend valley farm to our family...please please change the beds and mattresses. With that aside thank you for such a lovely stay and bending over backwards to make our trip the best.

We went for a 4 km walk and did not see one person. When we arrived we met Patch, and the Alpacas were a constant source of interest. The perfect getaway. Thank you Greg and Louise.

Relaxing Country Weekend
We had a wonderful weekend away. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and walking in the vineyard. The cottages were lovely and cozy and were close to good cafes and restaurants. All you could want for a weekend away.

Great getaway near town and wineries
Nice and quiet place near Healesville. Situated on a small farm/vineyard it was a great spot for a getaway with the misses. All the wineries, and other regional attractions, were a short drive away. The room was spacious, had a nice living/kitchen areas, and had a great shower. The Alpacas were my favourite part, coming up to the windows in the morning! My only criticism was the bed was squeaky. Would definitely stay again!

Stunning location that makes you feel like you are the only ones there. Staff were fantastic and the wine from this vineyard is glorious. Rooms could definitely do with new beds and couches. Currently the beds are quite hard and couches worn out.
