Four comfortable bedrooms and two spacious living areas provide the perfect balance of comfort and space. At the heart of the home, the kitchen with its beautifully crafted stone island connects effortlessly to the dining and lounge areas, with an open, airy layout that feels instantly welcoming. Wide sliding doors open to create a natural flow between inside and out, leading to the pool and an outdoor entertaining area that’s ideal for long, relaxed meals or evening drinks in the fresh coastal air. The private tennis court adds a playful touch — whether it’s a friendly rally or a lively match, it’s the perfect way to spend an afternoon before cooling off in the pool. We will accept small dogs only upon application.

By entering the property, you agree to the following house rules: strictly no parties, events, or fireworks, and no additional guests beyond those on the booking. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside. All outdoor areas—including the pool, spa, decks, and garden—are used at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times. Damage, breakages, or breaches of these rules may incur fees or result in the immediate termination of your stay. Quiet hours apply from 10pm to 7am. Only approved cleaners, trades and staff are permitted onsite, and guests must not move furniture or tamper with Wi-Fi or security devices. By staying, you accept full responsibility for your safety and personal belongings.
