Wild Shores is the kind of place where holidays take on a rhythm of their own shaped by the sound of the ocean, the pull of the outdoors, and the simple joy of being together.
Set just moments from the rugged back beaches of Pearses and Dimmicks, this expansive coastal home brings together the raw beauty of the landscape with the ease of a private, resort-style retreat. Days here move effortlessly between beach walks, pool dips, tennis matches and slow afternoons in the sun.
Step inside and the home opens into a generous, light-filled living space designed for gathering. A long dining table invites shared meals and extended conversations, with additional bench seating for when everyone inevitably pulls up a chair. Nearby, a deep L-shaped sofa anchors the living area perfect for sinking in after a day outdoors, with a large screen ready for movie nights or the big game.
The kitchen sits at the heart of it all well-equipped and ready for anything from quick breakfasts to long, leisurely dinners. Theres a Nespresso machine for your morning hit, and a Breville caf-style machine for those who like to take their coffee ritual a little more seriously. Tucked neatly beneath the stairs, a walk-in pantry keeps everything within easy reach without ever feeling cluttered.
Downstairs, the master suite feels like a retreat within the home generous in scale, with a walk-in robe, ensuite, and calming views across the pool and garden. Its a quiet place to start the day slowly, coffee in hand, before the rest of the house comes to life.
Upstairs is where things shift into full holiday mode. Three bedrooms, a family bathroom and a large rumpus room create a space where kids and teens can claim their own territory for games, movies, and a little independence.
Outside is where Wild Shores really comes into its own. The pool glistens at the centre of the garden, framed by sun loungers and an easy alfresco dining zone with BBQ the kind of setup that makes long lunches roll seamlessly into dinner. Just beyond, a full-size tennis court (with basketball) sets the scene for friendly competition, while table tennis and additional games ensure theres always something happening.
Comfort has been considered in every season ducted heating throughout, a reverse cycle system for heating and cooling, ceiling fans in every room, and a gas fire that brings everyone together when the temperature drops.
Theres space for everything here cars in the garage, boats or trailers along the second driveway, and plenty of room for people to spread out or come together as they please.
Wild Shores is about contrast wild coastline and relaxed living, energetic days and slow evenings, shared moments and quiet corners. Its a place to arrive, settle in, and let the outside world fade for a while.

What a place! So many new smells, so much space to explore and yes, Im allowed inside with my humans (my favourite part).
The big garden means theres plenty of room to roam, and with the back beach so close, there are endless adventures to be had. Rock pools, sea air, sandy paws this is living.
But a few important things for my hoomans to know
This is a natural dune environment, which means local wildlife is part of the landscape. Snakes can be present in the area, particularly in warmer months. To help keep things safe, snake deterrents (snake shushers) are installed around the garden but Ill still need to be supervised when outside.
The yard offers space, but its always best to keep a close eye on me while I explore especially with so many interesting smells to follow.
After a big day out, Ill be ready to curl up inside with everyone, dreaming about tomorrows adventures (and maybe hoping for a treat or two)
