'This place was amazing. Located just behind Burke St Mall, you can walk anywhere for food, shopping, entertainment. The room was large, clean and classy. The bed was so comfortable. We stayed for a well overdue night away from the kids and we couldn’t have been happier with the Howey. We will be back.'

'Well located hotel in a historic building in the CBD. Comfortable rooms, with well appointed bed, and good coffee and tea provisions. Ground floor is a bit odd (like it’s set up to be a cafe but isn’t).'

Did not like the parking station! Tiny spaces and difficult access. It was the one negative for us.'

'It's away from the hussle and bussle, but in walking distance to the inner city, next to public transport and parkland. The staff are very friendly and the onsite restaurant serves delicious food, and parking is next to the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy and if you get one with a view, even better. '

'Hotel is gorgeous, I came largely for the interiors and they did not disappoint! Loved every part of it. Only downside is restaurants were fully booked, couldn’t even get breakfast or a drink at the bar even though we were guests. '
