'Stay away. Rooms are gross and moldy. Door handle didn’t lock correctly. Horrible experience. Would not recommend. Only tiki bar in keys that doesn’t have a blender. Not a resort at all. Old crappy property that’s is incredibly over priced. Check out banana bay or captain pips.'

'Arrived at 2am to an empty lobby that remained empty until 3am besides the other guests waiting to check in. I had called at 4pm to inform them of our late arrival, they assured me someone would be there 24/7. When this guy finally shows up he blames it on the front desk person and he has no idea where they are and he was off work at 10pm. But hung around until 2am.. 'Hotel shuttle service naar het centrum was top elk uur heen en town voor half terug. Slecht was dat hotel in verbouwing staat. Zwembad en hoofdgebouw. Born hoor je al vroeg. Dit hadden wij graag eerder willen weten. '
