Great breakfast, amazing staff throughout, room, lounge, breakfast, gym, taxi service to Bandipur, sauna, travel desk etc. Don’t know how they can offer this service and quality at such a good price. 'Everything was great, first we have some issue with the room with kids , Most of the rooms have glass table which was obstruction for my little one then Simon helped us and upgraded to Junior suite, which was quite comfortable for small kids to play and bigger. All the services and food was great. Will surely gonna stay in future as well.

'There is no parking close to property if you are going by car. When asked they show their another property which is around 250m away. With luggage and kids it's not convenient if you are going by car.'

Only problem is they do not honor booking with Expedia. They are listed on Expedia so I ended up paying twice. Pre-paid with Expedia and then had to pay at the hotel. Expedia is non-responsive on a refund. Be careful.'
