'Really amazing. Four days of comfort (great beds and rooms) , had business room with Mountain View and longe access. Worth paying extra. Great breakfast, amazing staff throughout, room, lounge, breakfast, gym, taxi service to Bandipur, sauna, travel desk etc. Don’t know how they can offer this service and quality at such a good price. Far exceeded expectations. Pool area lovely but only downside is hotel is surrounded by busy roads so headphones helped to relax! Highly recommend and I don’t say...

'Everything was great, first we have some issue with the room with kids , Most of the rooms have glass table which was obstruction for my little one then Simon helped us and upgraded to Junior suite, which was quite comfortable for small kids to play and bigger. All the services and food was great. Will surely gonna stay in future as well.

'There is no parking close to property if you are going by car. When asked they show their another property which is around 250m away. With luggage and kids it's not convenient if you are going by car.'

The staff tried their best to help with but I gave up in the end. Good location and on the whole we had a pleasant stay.'

'Hotel charged for 3 persons but did not provide extra bed as beds were broken. One person had to sleep on thin mattress layered & no mosquito repellent given . We could not sleep at all.
It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables.
I will never go here again.'

'This is a beautiful heritage hotel, formerly a family bungalow that was a delight to stay in. It was old India, unfortunately that is getting harder and harder to find. From the moment i set foot in the gate it was heaven. Cute family dogs are a delight. The room immaculate and so comfortable. Breakfast in what would have been the family dining room.
