'Everything was great, first we have some issue with the room with kids , Most of the rooms have glass table which was obstruction for my little one then Simon helped us and upgraded to Junior suite, which was quite comfortable for small kids to play and bigger. All the services and food was great. Will surely gonna stay in future as well.

'This is a beautiful heritage hotel, formerly a family bungalow that was a delight to stay in. It was old India, unfortunately that is getting harder and harder to find. From the moment i set foot in the gate it was heaven. Cute family dogs are a delight. The room immaculate and so comfortable. Breakfast in what would have been the family dining room. The location is a little out of the centre of Mysore, but having said that I walked to the palace in 20 minutes. Autos easily hailed at the corner....

It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables.
I will never go here again.'
