'We loved where we stayed!! The location was wonderful however for some reason we had a handicap room that was the only thing we didn’t understand about it but we managed it and enjoyed our stay.'

'It was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the lack of parking, which isn’t the fault of the Inn, but still. I ended up paying $50 to valet park. Which was nice but considering the cost per night of the hotel stay, it would have been nicer to include valet parking in the cost.'

'Valet parking was terrible. Took 40 minutes to get car. Understaffed, said I was next, waited longer then they said it was upstairs, went upstairs, it wasn’t there. Went back down to the parking ramp, wasn’t there. After running around, finally got the car after 40 minutes. Would have been cheaper and easier to not valet '

'At 4:00 a.m., I awoke to use the restroom. While returning to my bed, I observed a cockroach traversing the floor. Naturally, I was unable to resume sleep. As I remained in bed with the lights illuminated, unable to fall asleep, additional cockroaches were observed moving throughout the room. I have recorded a video of this incident. Yesterday, a roach was discovered. Maintenance personnel promptly eliminated the roach and limited their efforts to spraying around the balcony door. We are seeking...

'Beautiful hotel, perfectly located with gorgeous stylish interiors, but evidently understaffed. We stayed in a lovely corner suite, which had great views, but an odd and impractical floor design, which involved a long path to get from the bedroom to the bathroom. The front desk staff was consistently helpful, and always replied with a smile. 'The condo was excellent! Very clean, nice and updated. The staff was very helpful. Only issue was the parking was a little confusing, but we called and the staff directed. Was a little concerned because ours was stair access only, but if you pull up on the main road you can walk straight in. Would stay here again if back in Savannah.'
