'Last minute stay due to flight cancelation. Everything was wonderful from Airport shuttle, friendly and helpful desk and restaurant staff, immaculate room with comfy bed. Return shuttle to airport was not yet operating during our very early flight but front desk secured a private shuttle which was excellent. The pool was awesome. Even though a very short stay it was wonderful! This place has it all!'

'Kate was our front desk advisor. She was courteous and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind. Location is ok (as it was raining so without close restaurants less than a mile - you were forced to eat in or get wet). Great shuttle service. '

'Not the best location for down town but an ok option for the airport. Plentgt of options to eat around nothing else. You need to call them if you plan to use their airport shuttle if you dont want to wait like ı did for 45 mins and no shuttle shows up. I got to learn i was supposed to call - where is it mentioned? dont be fooled by the photos by the way and manage tour expectations!'

'Did not use the pool. Our of 2 elevators 1 was out of service from our first stay until 9 nights later. Worker said it had been out a long time! Poor shuttle service that is contracted and not run by the hotel. Van is hard to spot with small magnetic signs on the side for several places. Will not return to this hotel.'

'Stayed for one night with my husband and kids. We weren’t able to get a room right when we checked in, the receptionist told us the housekeeping was a little behind. Despite that situation, she was very friendly. The rooms were clean.The hotel is very well located there’s plenty of restaurants to choose from near the hotel. There’s also a supermarket and Walgreens walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this friendly hotel. '

'Do not stay here!!!! I got stuck in a Miami for a few nights so a local friend of mine suggested this place. Before I could get out the car there was a s worker trying to sell herself to a bare footman in front. Checked in and they had a lot of rules for a s hotel. The room looked liked your typical motel. Old, outdated and questionable cleanliness. Later I noticed there was a green mark on the bed. Ew! There's no full size bath towels in the bathroom. I went by the pool to have a cocktail with...

'Everything was according to our expectation. It was perfect for our one-night stay during our longer travel. Friendly check in, comfortable clean room, parking, good location to visit Hollywood beach (by car) or Aventura mall.'
