Poor communication in general. The shuttle service was TERRIBLE!! We called as we were told to do and we were told that they were on their way. 30 mins later the shuttle guy called and told me he was pulling in. I was told by hotel staff that it would say Cambria on the side. It didnโt. An hour later we call the hotel and they say he is on his way and they have no clue what we need to look for van wise. We waited almost 2 hours total to get shuttled back to the hotel from the airport. We get inside to check in and there is a huge line. One person on the computer and one checking people in. Worst experience in my life after a long day of flying!
