Located within a residence with a large garden and magnificent views of Lake Como, the apartment perfectly combines tranquility and convenience, offering easy access to the main services without compromising privacy and seclusion.

Upon entry, a small hallway leads to the living area, which includes an open-plan kitchen with a peninsula and two stools, a dining table, and a comfortable three-seat sofa. The wooden furnishings and terracotta floors give the space a pleasant rustic style, while still providing all the necessary comforts. A large French door floods the living area with natural light and leads to a spacious covered terrace, furnished with a table ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the panoramic view of the lake. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, where space has been maximized with a bridge wardrobe positioned above the bed’s headboard. The bathroom, classic and functional, is equipped with a shower.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment comes with a private parking space in the condominium garage.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

About a 10-minute walk from the apartment, you'll find the charming Villa Mylius-Vigoni, with its park overlooking the lake, and the Val Sanagra Park, ideal for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts. Here, you can immerse yourself in pristine landscapes, with trails, streams, and forests, leading to wonderful viewpoints like La Crocetta, where you can enjoy an unparalleled view of the lake and mountains. In a short time, either by car or ferry, you can reach some of the lake’s most famous locations: Tremezzo, with its historic gardens, romantic Bellagio, nestled at the tip of the promontory, and picturesque Varenna, with its stairways, flower-lined alleys, and villas overlooking the water.

How to get there:

By car: follow the SS340 and take the Porlezza/Lugano/Plesio/Menaggio exit, setting the GPS.

By train: from the Como Bus Station, take the C10 bus and get off at the “Menaggio - Piazza Roma” stop. From there, the apartment is about a 10-minute walk.
