'My family and I stayed here while visiting Rome for a tennis tournament at the Rome Tennis Center. A short drive to Rome and Berry College. Kerri, our host, was absolutely wonderful. She was such a kind person, and very responsive and communicative. We were new to the area so Kerri was kind enough to give us restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area, which were greatly appreciated. The home was one of the best places we've stayed. 'Who would have thought a place like this would exist in Alabama! In fact, there are many beautiful houses in the area. Mentone is wonderful! We loved the mountain roads. The property is so well maintained and quite high tech if you ask me. It is a gorgeous place. The pictures do not do it justice. You can hear the waterfall at night.
