'Molly was superb with her quick response with all of our questions. She was very helpful before and during the stay. The property was not as clean as we would have expected. But it wasn’t terrible. It would’ve been nice with more transparency with regard to pricing breakdown details. If the property can sleep 12 and we had 10 people including three children, why were there charges for extra guests?'

'There were 4 adults with our group. One couple and 2 single adults with 2 dogs. There was one bedrooms with a 1 king and the other 2 bedrooms each had a queen bed. The bedroom arrangement was very much appreciated. The yard was fenced which was helpful with the 2 dogs. And the Keurig for coffee was great. The house totally suited our group and the owner was very responsive.'
