'They get lots of the little details right. The staff helped me call an Uber and carried my suitcase. The rooms are individually decorated. Beds are super comfy. I wish the shades were a bit darker, but that's such a minor thing in the whole scheme of things. I will be back!'

'I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times now, and I truly wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting. As someone who doesn’t speak Spanish and is basically a tourist, I always feel completely safe and welcomed here. The staff is kind, helpful, and made every part of my stay feel easy and enjoyable. The property is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It’s just consistently a great experience every time — highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!
