'Our multigenerational family had a wonderful long weekend. The house was well equipped with tons of amenities, it was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from lake winni! We had 4 adults, two teens and a puppy, and we all enjoyed our stay and the house!!'

'The house was very nice and comfortable for four of us. Even though it rained each day, there is plenty of nearby shopping. We always try to do short term rentals when we travel. A couple of suggestions - the house had no wash cloths, no can opener, no salt & pepper shakers. Towels racks in the bathrooms would be a huge help. The listing indicated a hot tub and 2+ bathrooms. There was no hot tub and two full baths. There was no welcome booklet with local restaurants, points of interest, wifi...

'We really enjoyed our stay in Belmont. I really liked their wall of sports memorabilia. We enjoyed playing darts on their dart board. Also, the next-door neighbor was super friendly to us. It was really nice.'

'We had a great time! Swimming, paddle boards and kayaking! Grilled out dinners! This property provides everything! Tablecloth for picnic table, all kitchen supplies, grill supplies, and the list goes on! The nights got cool which was good. There are only 2 a/c’s in the house. Not only is this house dog friendly, but they provided dog bowls and an outdoor leash! My kids are 19, 17 and 7 and each one of them had a blast!'

'wonderful serene place to stay. What vacation is meant to be, Go out early morning on the lake and spend it with the loons, fish off the dock , excellent location to sightsee around New Hampshire , hosts were unbelievably attentive especially when the power went out one night.'

'Very comfortable, clean, and fun spot. My wife always wanted to enjoy a hot tub in the winter and this place made her very happy! We went to the Ice Castles about an hour away, which was a fun time. I really enjoyed the area, which has a few wineries that we visited. The home is in a small neighborhood but we only saw one other family on an afternoon. Overall, extremely peaceful and a nice getaway.'

'Grandmas cottage was just as described and really felt like visiting with grandma. The location was superb with an easy access to the trail into town. The views of the water from the porch were astounding. Overall a great stay and will definitely try to be back during the warmer months.'

'This was such a wonderful, quiet retreat. The little cottage by a pond was down a rocky, dirt road, with twists and bends that led through the woods. Leigh, the owner, had told me it was rather remote, so I was prepared. The cottage was a bit rustic but comfortable and well stocked, as described. Cell phone and internet services were fine. The view of the pond from the porch is so lovely and peaceful. Two loons stayed busy calling each other and a pair of bald eagles were often seen. This...

'Outdoor deck was not safe especially the steps leading to deck. The house was clean and exactly as it appeared on site. Not enough towels or toilet paper for 7 people. We had to run out and purchase toilet paper, only 2 already opened rolls were at property. Overall a beautiful place and neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.'
