'Great location! The hotel is close to the Puchong IOI mall and within walking distance to nearby restaurants. Freindly and efficient staff. Checking in and out was easy. Will stay there again whenever I return to Puchong.'

'Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur!
I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure.
The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...

'The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.'
