The house located in Merville-Franceville is a prime destination for a family vacation or a weekend by the beach.

With its electric gate and the possibility of parking two or three vehicles, you can enjoy your stay in complete peace and quiet.

Upon entering the house, you enter a beautiful, spacious living room with a lounge area equipped with a television and a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. The dining area can accommodate up to eight people and provides the opportunity to enjoy pleasant moments together during meals. The open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite dishes and is equipped with everything you need for cooking: oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and freezer.

The living room opens onto a veranda overlooking the enclosed garden located at the rear of the house. This garden is perfect for a moment of calm and relaxation in the sun. With its small barbecue, it is ideal for cozy evenings with family or friends. Children can play in complete safety.

The ground floor bedroom has a private bathroom and a toilet. This comfortable and bright room will allow you to start the day peacefully.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a single bed that converts into a double bed (2 x 90 cm), a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a large third bedroom with a sofa bed (140 cm). A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the upper floor.

In the basement, there is a laundry area with a washing machine.

The beach is located just a stone's throw from the house (650 m), making it easy to access, stroll on the fine sand, and enjoy the waves. For the more active, numerous activities are offered in the region: golf, horseback riding, hiking, water sports, etc.

This vacation home is ideal for a successful vacation in Normandy, with its pleasant and relaxing setting, its comfort, and its easy access to the beach.

It is located on the Cabourg road, but once the gate is closed, children are safe, and the garden is located at the back of the house, so there is little disturbance.
