'There was no pool, while there should be one. Staff was friendly'

'It was such a great place to stay! We will be returning! I wish the showers were separate from the bathroom but other than that it was great and so dang cute 😍'

'The hotel was accommodating especiaaly when Expedia booked my stay and it was not correct and charged me more than the hotel did. Hotel gave us another bed for the sold out hotel since we originally requested 2 beds.'

'Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!'

'The Bear Necessities Cabin had everything I wanted. Centrally located to mountain biking and hiking. Only 5 miles from Cortez for picking up food, etc. Relatively quiet, peaceful, and scenic. Amenities like a decently equipped kitchen, and a clothes washer and dryer for my extended stay made for a comfortable stay. I'm posting some snapshots from video I captured from flying my drone over the property. This should give you a good idea of the beauty of the area from the property at different...

'Nice rural setting with direct view of Sleeping Ute Mountain. Generally quiet but a two lane road is nearby as is the municipal airport. The loft is accessed with a ladder and the headroom over the bed is limited. The finishes are “rustic” and simple.'

'Great stay. Easy check in after-hours. Clean, efficient, and well-maintained'
