'Nice rural setting with direct view of Sleeping Ute Mountain. Generally quiet but a two lane road is nearby as is the municipal airport. The loft is accessed with a ladder and the headroom over the bed is limited. The finishes are “rustic” and simple.'

'The pictures do not do this place justice at all. It is a lovely little home with excellent privacy, appears to be brand new, and has a perfect outdoor seating area. The fenced in yard was also a huge plus with our dog. Also easy access to nearby mountain biking and dirt biking. We anticipate a return trip in the future!'

'This was our first time staying in a tiny house. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The view is incredible, we enjoyed watching the sunset and rise. The owner was very accommodating as well.'

'It had a large living room. The owner allowed us to bring family to the house to play games and visit. I appreciate the space for our visit. The house was clean and had good pans and dishes so we could provide for my uncles, aunts, and cousins that stopped by. I would recommend to make the stairs a little lower for older guests to enter easier.'

'This is a lovely setting for a rustic home. But there is nothing rustic about the interior details the hostess provided. No detail was left out and everything was labeled and thought of. She is definitely a 5 star hostess. Beds were comfortable, linens were nice.'
