'Kathy is a sweetheart - and saved our annual fishing trip! I booked the wrong week on accident, and realized it on our travel day. I messaged Kathy, she was quick to respond and accommodated our date change with no hassle... and even had time to make us fresh (delicious!) cookies with less than 4 hour notice.
