'This was our 2nd stay at the Geauga Maple Cottage. We're originally from Chardon and return occasionally to visit family and friends. The location of the house works out great and is a walkable distance to a few restaurants, bars, stores, the walking trail, and the town square. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Both the house and yard are well maintained and we enjoyed having a few guests over and sitting around the firepit in the backyard. 'We have rented this house the past 3 years over the July 4th weekend. The owner is friendly and the space is very comfortable. The A/C struggles to cool the upstairs but the rest of the comfort and amenities more than make up for that (and they provide fans to help mitigate the heat).'
