The furnished patios are shaded in mid-day and afternoon with marvelous north, east and southern view from an elevated plateau.

A fully stocked beautiful kitchen, a wonderful living room with marvelous elevated views of the golf course, city, mountains, and the early morning sunrise. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a door leading to the patio and attached bathroom with shower and separate tub and two vanity sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a designated bathroom as well. The third bedroom and bathroom has two full sized beds with a full bathroom making another master suite, with another outdoor patio with two padded chairs. I have been in the vacation rental business in Mesquite for 15 years. I own two other 4 bedroom vacation homes in Mesquite, and I just purchased this home. 12 years ago I considered buying this home when it was built. I fell in love with it, but didn't pull the trigger and have regretted it since. Thankfully I got my second chance and I'm in love with it again. RENTAL RULES: No Smoking, No Pets. No large house parties, events or family reunions. Limit 12
Minimum Night Rule: 2 night minimum applies to week night rentals. Weekend rentals require a 3 night minimum in most cases. 4 night min in March. If a Friday or Saturday night is already booked, then I will rent for 2 nights on a weekend. Also if the travel date is within 3 weeks of the booking, a 2 night weekend can be accepted.
