'Once we figured out the hot tub it was hot enough. The pool was refreshing although the slide seemed to be inoperable. Rooms were clean, although it was a stretch to advertise as sleeping 12, especially with only 2 bathrooms. For adult males on a golf trip, each member wanted a room, so in our case it realistically slept 3 although one did sleep on the living room sofa. I realize it had 3 roll away beds in the garage, but the two mattresses in the closets were not realistic for an adult...
