'Property wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Hair strands all over the place. The bathroom shower didn’t make sense at all, water was just running all over the place everytime after showering. I was charged extra upon arrival for the extra guests. 'This is the perfect location in Fira! Just steps away from shopping and dining. The Villa is very spacious and clean. One of the upstairs bedrooms may be challenging for an adult as the ceiling is very low. Helen and Vanessa were the BEST!!! So helpful with absolutely everything we needed. If we return to Santorini, this is where we'll stay.'

"We started out our vacation at this hotel and it could not have been a better start. They were very welcoming. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, but they prepared the room for us so we could check in immediately. The staff was extremely nice and helpfull. The room was great and very clean, and the view was amazing. The breakfast was also great. It was prepared for us fresh every day and it was different each time. Would recommend."

"Amazing stay! Beautiful hotel, buffet breakfast has great selection of hot, cold items. Staff are super friendly and make the stay more than what it is! Large pool area with daybeds.
