'Pam and I were made very welcome and didn’t feel like outsiders at all. Brilliant decor and comfort. I would highly recommend Oliver’s Guesthouse Peter Finbarr-Smith'

'Thoroughly enjoyed our night at Cleatham Hall. Very pleasant older house with all modern conveniences.'

'Groene plek bij erg aardige mensen. Mooie verhalen van de eigenaar. Leuk met de paarden, honden en andere dieren erbij. Ontbijt heerlijk en speciaal voor ons met vegetarische opties. Zelfgebakken vers brood! Het enige mindere punt voor ons was de maat van het bed, omdat we wat langer zijn.'

'Made very welcome and good parking the local buses stop outside which a nice bonus breakfast was excellent'

'Clear check in instructions, room was neat clean and comfortable.'

'Fabulous rural location for a peaceful stay. Amazing breakfast Highly recommend '

'Fantastic host looked after us incredibly well, the place is right opposite the Lincolnshire county show ground, peaceful and quiet, we had a lovely walk up and down the bridal path. The host is an artist and showed us her works which is very impressive. The site has a new sauna and hot tubs for guests to enjoy. The breakfast was brought to us at the time we chose. Loved it and would book again if we are in the area.'

'This is a budget hotel with no reception staff, limited bar opening times and located on a busy main road with much traffic noise.'

'Fantastische Service. Ruime, schone kamers met kwaliteitsbedden. Ik kom regelmatig in deze buurt. Dit is mijn vaste adres'

'Easy parking, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good food. When in the area, I would definitely come back. '
