'Excellent customer service: security guard, concierge reception, maid, shuttle service driver. The only con was the lack of restaurants around the area especially at night. (which is beyond Skyport Hotel’s responsibility), but the hotel itself is exceptionally excellent for the price. Well maintained, clean, and champion customer service. I will definitely be staying here again next time, and perhaps buy my food somewhere before checking in. '

'After a bad start by staff busy at lock of our door the manager solved the problem and offered us a free ride to the busstation m We stayed for 3 nights and cleaning as well as staff was very satisfying. Will come back for sure. '
