'Everything amazing! It’s just that on the day we stay they actually repairing the pool. So our purpose of stay is useless. But it was all good otherwise. I wish it was mention so we can cancel our stay'

'❌️ 1 Avond eten was koud!! 2 Ontbijt variatie is heel erg bekrompen en weinig keuze. 3 De kamer was goed maar de kruimels van de vorige gast lag nog op het bureau. Prijzen zijn flink gestegen!! ✅️ Service is goed! Lekker dicht bij vliegveld. Ook de gratis shuttle service naar het vliegveld is goed geregeld Wij komen hier al 5 jaar en bevalt goed.'

'Nette ontvangst, koffers werden naar kamer gebracht. Vriendelijk receptie en security personeel. Goede ligging tov terminal 3 NAIA (bij Newport). Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heel lekker. Kamer was heel groot en schoon, met bad.'

'Loved the People working there. Nice pool and bar on the Roof. I expected the room to be better. Dirty table, CR door very noisy, washtable should be in seperated room.'

'I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. As soon as I entered the hallway, there was a strange and unpleasant smell, which I also noticed in the room. After a long journey and arriving at 3:00 AM, I was exhausted and hoping for a comfortable stay. However, the odor made it impossible to relax. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.'

'Staff were great I arrived early and that was no problem, room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Handy to food stores nearby and seemed safe to walk around. Only negative was I booked the shuttle for 02.30am it turned up at 02.15am and wouldn't wait, it came back about 45 minutes later.'

'The staff was nice and accommodating especially the security people. I just hope they provide free towels every day. They give you one every 3 days. The bed sheets looked old and I don’t know if they changed it upon check In. When the sheets were changed after our 3rd day, it was still the old one because of the red spots on the same area so I had to call housekeeping again and the floor was obviously not clean as there were hairs all over the floor. I hope management will focus on room...

'Had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. A nice, easy place to stay.'

'Close to sm Fairview mall Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice . The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin . Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper.'
