'Amazing location, in the middle of BGC. I love this hotel, the staff were so nice and were friendly and welcoming. The nice check in lady upgraded us to the 40th floor for a cheaper price. The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great.'
'Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time.'

'A bit older hotel, but super friendly staff. The rooms could use a bit updating but they are absolutely clean. Varied breakfast, small but nice pool. We also loved the atmosphere in the hotel.

After a long journey and arriving at 3:00 AM, I was exhausted and hoping for a comfortable stay. However, the odor made it impossible to relax.
