'I love the location, room was absolutely comfortable and clean. Everything was fine until there is a lot of college students occupying the other rooms it was noisy and they party until 3am no respect at all. I hope they will put a sign to remind others specially at night after 10PM to be mindful with other occupants. '

'Modern hotel/condo with a fully stocked kitchen. Jake and staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is wonderful and are available all times of the day for anything you require. Balcony is lovely and higher floor - 3 - will give you a glimpse, through the palm trees of the ocean. Pool is small but lovely for a cooling dip and to lay in the sun. 'Very pleased with stay'

'The ocean view was great; however, despite the resort pictures showing you could walk right out onto the beach and access the water, you could not because of the sargassum seaweed. There was a dock for water and boat access. Our room was sufficient, but the entire resort was a little run-down. We went without water one day, and went without hot water for two whole days. 'The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....
