The hotel is located in a nice part of Mid Beach. The hotelstaff incl. bellman, poolstaff and housekeeping are very nice and helpful. There is a free trolley bus going to south beach and across is CVS if you want to buy drinks, snacks or other things. Love the pool with lounge music, they have complimentary water, sunscreen and shaved ice cones for kids, sometimes they also bring fruit. Behind the hotel is a boardwalk, were you can run, go for walks or bike. Also it is nice to use the bikes but keep in mind it is first come, first serve. They also have a gym. We love the smell when you enter the hotel. The only thing is the parking, but that is with all the hotels, prices vary on the beach. $49 per night also a resort fee of $35. That adds up if you stay for 9 nights and all the tips. The doors by the pool restrooms can use some paint. And not sure what happened with the items for housekeeping. Somedays they are short on items they don't have coffee, washcloths or water bottles? You leave tip for housekeeping, but they can't refill the items. But, when I call in the evening, someone from housekeeping can bring the items to the room. I hope the hotel will pick up these things, because it is a beautiful hotel, with lovely people.

Heerlijk luxe hotel. Wel veel bijkomende kosten (resortfee 30,- per dag, eten en drinken erg duur, vreemd ook dat er 30,- fooi werd gerekend bij het ontbijtbuffet.) Verder staat op de hotelkamer beschrijving bij Hotels.com dat er een aparte zitruimte is in de kamer, dit is niet het geval (alleen bij de suite). Er is wel een zitjje (twee stoelen en een tafel) zoas in de meeste hotelkamers. Zwembad is heerlijk en het resort is echt prachtig.

We stayed for our trip to Miami, and it was extremely disappointing. We requested an early check in, but didn't get into our room until after the original check in time. The food in the restaurants were mediocre at best and very overpriced for the quality of food. When we finally got checked in to our room, it was not clean, sliding door to the patio barely opened and appeared to have mold growing along the edges. The worst of it all was the fact that we saw giant cockroaches in our room. Absolutely disgusting! We called the front desk to complain, and they apologized and said they were sending a manager from housekeeping right away. A housekeeper showed up with a broom and can of Raid. He cleaned it up without saying anything to us. We decided to check out early instead of staying for another meal. We again complained to the front desk, and he said he is sending a note to the hotel manager, and they would contact us right away to resolve the issue. We have yet to hear from them two weeks later. We since have sent an email to Marriott corporate to let them know our experience, and again, they said we would have a response within 5 days and nothing. Do not waste your time and money on this joke of a hotel!!

Where do I even begin? The Cadillac hotel was absolutely amazing. I celebrated my 30th three birthday weekend and I had the best time service factory. Everything was just amazing. I am so grateful and I had so much fun. Literally everything is right on the resort the beach, the pool, the restaurants, the people, great time and good food.

We stayed here for a quick getaway for my husband’s birthday. The balcony room with the ocean view was definitely worth it. The property is very clean and the staff go above and beyond. There’s an adult only pool, and direct access to the beach which comes with complimentary beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. The hotel bar and restaurants are also very nice, with many walkable restaurants if you want different options. We will definitely be back!

The Cadillac is a great location on mid Miami beach. The hotel is nice and the staff was friendly. I think the grounds around the hotel could be cleaner. The Cadillac staff could clean up litter better, there were items (napkins, caps, drink/skewers)in the bushes, etc. The maids were very friendly. Our room was supposed to be a partial view, we were facing the front street above the AC/HVAC unit for the hotel. Pro: it was constant white noise. Con: it was an awful view. I would stay again but in a different room. Overall: B- rating.

Beautiful ArtDeco building and great aesthetics inside and out however some particular details let the place down. A room was booked for four persons and there were not enough towels, etc. for the occupancy. The bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom which was cute but there was nowhere to hang a hand towel. The allocation of only two beach or poolside lounge chairs per room is ridiculous if there are more than two persons occupying a room. A fee is applicable for more than two chairs! On a positive note, all the staff were especially helpful and supportive which was really appreciated.

Had a really nice time here with a few exceptions. Stayed with my husband for four nights and we're in our mid-thirties and we look "young." The general population of other guests was a bit older, which was no problem. We frequented the indoor lobby bar, the connected coffee shop, the beach service, and the outdoor tiki bar. Not ONCE in FIVE days were we asked to charge our bill to our room, and it was always assumed we were not guests and would need to pay via credit card immediately. Every other guest we were ever next to was asked what their room number was with the immediate assumption that they were guests at the hotel. We left with the feeling that we "didn't fit in" given our experience with the staff. We were also told no to a late checkout due to not being "members" yet we weren't told how to become a member. Location was decent but not close to a huge variety of restaurants within walking distance. Beach was clean. Room was very small/tight. Hotel lobby smells of an incredibly overpowering air freshener at all times. It was an expensive stay and we likely wouldn't return due to staff experience of feeling.. unwelcome.

The Cadillac hotel is a 5 star experience every time. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is warm and attentive from the front desk to the restaurant and hotel bar but the best place to be is at the Bungalow Bar where WESLEY, who is best described as Miamis ambassador for fun, serves drinks facilitates connections and orchestrates a bar full of laughter, fun and shots! Nothing like going on vacation and feeling like you're in a familar place where you can meet new friends and make new memories, that is the Bungalow Bar at the Cadillac and WESLEY is the man to see.

Great location! Pools and beach fabulous. Best Caesar salad ever and Sunil at the poolside restaurant was lovely. Staff was friendly and so accommodating. Biker riding was a real treat.

I will not be staying at this property again. The room was very dirty upon checking in. There was hair in the shower, bedding and floor. There were water spots on the counter tops and mirrors. There were a few bugs crawling around as well. The adult pool has reserved seats that they charge $350 for. It takes up more than a quarter of the pool directly where the sun is. Guests are relegated to the shade or the children’s pool. Pool management is argumentative and incapable it providing an accommodation. They severely lack customer service which is disappointing.
