' I had to stay in Beach Plaza because the room code keys were not working. Then I had to drag my bags down there. Also, the lights in the hall were out in front of room 413. on the bottom landing entering the hall and at the front door. A very dangerous situation since the rear gate in the alley is never locked. Tara and Juda were the only staff that made things better. they both are an asset to your company. Also, a golf cart is needed to transport your guests in the event you have to relocate...

'Pros: Hotel room is clean, great location, beach is just behind the hotel.
Cons: I had high expectation from this resort as it is a “Hilton” hotel. Customer service was mid. I asked for extra duvet/comforter since the blanket we had was really thin. It wasn’t given to us until the next day after we asked the third time. '

'We had booked a four bedroom apartment but when we got there to check in; there was only two bedrooms and three beds. We had seven people. Before finalizing the reservation we checked on three different phones that there was four bedrooms. We made it work, however I feel we paid the price for a four bedroom. Last year we had two, two bedroom apartments at about the same price. '

'Excellent vacation! Hotel is lovely, rooms clean and comfortable and the free amenities were a BIG plus (breakfast, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and as much bottled water as you want). The pools were great and this is in the heart of SB on Ocean Drive, right across from beach and beautiful 10 mile bike/walk boardwalk. '
