Geniet van een adembenemend direct uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf uw eigen terras in dit gerenoveerde appartement met hardhouten vloeren, hoogwaardige keukenapparatuur, een flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer en slaapkamers. Hier zult u genieten van de strandclub en het zwembad van de exclusieve bewoners. En de ongeëvenaarde voorzieningen en esthetiek geboden door de Sian Condominium. Slenter over het strand en zwem baantjes in het afgelegen verwarmde zwembad, geniet van de exotische landschapsarchitectuur en een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan. Of ga naar het ultramoderne fitnesscentrum. Geniet van films in de top van de bioscoop of ontspan in de stijlvolle sociale en zwembadkamer. Dicht bij de opwindende promenade Hollywood Beach, waar u vele terrasjes, restaurants en winkels zult vinden. Er is live entertainment in de muziektent op de promenade in het weekend. Slechts 15 minuten rijden naar South Beach, de Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Casino Entertainment Centre, Gulf Stream Village winkels en Horse Race Course en 30 minuten naar de beroemde Sawgrass Mills en Dolphin Mall outlet stores.

Er is een goedkope trolley, die stopt bij ons gebouw en een lus maakt langs de Broadwalk en het winkelgebied in het centrum en terug.

The apartment was in less than ideal condition. I get there was construction on the outside, but the inside was lacking considerably! The vertical blinds in the living room were broken and many slats were missing. Same with our bedroom. The other bedroom didn’t even have blinds. So fun at sunrise! Our bathroom didn’t have blinds either. It was nice greeting the construction workers on their scaffolding as they went by while we were showering or whatever else you do in the bathroom. The kitchen cabinets were screwed up. The laminate flooring was in terrible shape. It looked like they pulled it up from one apartment and repurposed in ours. Oh yeah and the light switches didn’t work in our room either. The best part is when we called to have these issues addressed, nothing happened. They were responsive while texting and apologetic, but unfortunately the only thing that was fixed while we were there was the flickering light bulb in the kitchen. The bed was super comfy though!

I knew there was work being done on the building beforehand, but it really wouldn’t affect our time. The only things that I found disheartening was there wasn’t any covering over the master bedroom bathroom window. I had to try and rig something up to cover the window so the bathroom could be used in private and not seen by the condo building right next to it. The second bedroom had blinds that were broken and could not be closed. They were wide open and the room couldn’t be darkened. Everything else was great and we had a very relaxing weekend.

Our family had an excellent Fourth of July weekend in Fort Lauderdale. The condo's location is perfect, with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby, and the Hallandale Beach is expansive with soft sand.While the photos are representative of the unit and its furnishings, they don't capture some of the smaller details. The unit is comfortable and great for a vacation, but some of the furnishings are worn, a few floor tiles are warped, and some window blinds are missing. If you're a traveler who requires spotless accommodations, this unit may not be the best fit for you.

Enjoyed our stay. Pool could have been open a bit later. Apartment is in need of new flooring, lots of jagged edges. Couch not comfortable. TV remote missing in 2nd bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plenty of space for the 5 of us.

Great place and even better location!

This place is so close to the ocean. The hosts communicate really well. The instructions are a bit overwhelming and the parking is valet only which is a bit complicated. But the facilities are great and it is within walking distance to the grocery store and Walmart. I would stay here again for sure!

Apartment on the beach

Our apartment had a beautiful view and location. Parking was a dream after we paid our 10 per day valet fee. The apartment was basic, however in every other way. We had no sponges or paper towels or dish towels, etc. in the kitchen. There were beach chairs and beach towels, which was good because the lounge chairs on the beach were 55 per lounge per day. The pool area was very nice. Our host was very accommodating to my difficulty filling out the online lease, etc..

This was our second time at this property. We really like the location and enjoy the beach views and access. Both Mario and Ben are excellent communicators, and replied quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely return for a third trip.

Great Stay in Hallandale

For context, we stay in the Ft. Lauderdale area usually once or twice a year for a week or so. We usually stay in higher end homes/hotels, so my perspective is biased. The property has many desirable qualities: - It is close to the ocean and the view from the balcony is great.- The unit is spacious.- Beds are comfortable and water pressure is good- Check in/out was a breeze.- Owner checked in to make sure everything was ok.- There is a decent gym.- WIFI was strong. Why I don't think it is 5 stars, are for the following reasons:- the unit is showing signs of wear and tear and could use some TLC- there are some small things that the unit could use (oven mitts and decent wine glasses) - there is no laundry in the unit. - the pool area is largely in the shade, the pool is quite small and there is no hot tub.While I don't think it is a 5 star unit in a traditional sense, it also does not come with 5 star pricing. In terms of value for cost, I would highly recommend it.

Great place!!

Went up for a mother daughter (long) weekend. My 12 year old and very much enjoyed this apartment. It was a two minute walk to the beach from the unit, which we loved. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, ect in the apartment for guests to use. The pool was nice. We didn’t explore the area too much, so I can’t speak for what’s around. The unit has everything you need to cook, as we did most cooking in. Overall we loved the place and would be come back!
