Ocean Front met direct uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit deze nieuwe 3BED / 3BATH residentie-eenheid, hoge verdieping in het heetste gebouw in Hollywood Beach. Hyde Resort and Residences ligt op slechts een paar minuten afstand van het winkelcentrum Aventura en de haven van Bal. Voorzieningen in het gebouw zijn onder meer een restaurant, twee overloopzwembaden met uitzicht op de oceaan, een zonneterras en privécabanas, een volledig uitgerust fitnesscentrum met uitzicht op de oceaan, een complete spa met stoom- en saunaruimtes.
Dit State of the Art appartement heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken, met een koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, magnetron, koelkast en vriezer, vaatwasser, ovenblender en nog veel meer ...
Het appartement heeft een wasmachine en droger in de unit.
Slaapkamers hebben de volgende bedden:
De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en de andere 2 slaapkamers hebben elk een queensize bed.
We kunnen tot 2 zeer comfortabele twin-size opklapbedden (babybedjes) toevoegen indien nodig.
We bieden al onze gasten de optie van een PackN'Play voor gezinnen met baby's, evenals een kinderstoel en een babybadje.

I celebrated my 50th at this beautiful rental! The condo is quite spacious, and I love that every room has its own bathroom. My favorite is the giant balcony that wraps around the entire condo. Amazing views! Great space! Property could have been cleaner. Floors dirty and dust. No dish cloth or tea towels. Could not get dishwasher to work. Only 1 pillow per person on 2 of the beds. Party of 6 adults only one umbrella and 2 loungers available to us. No option to hire more! Not many instructions for use of facilities. Unhelpful staff on desk at check in and out. Key passes did not work in the morning of departure so had to get cards. Pleasant Stay!!!

Beautiful beach front property

The condo is in an amazing quiet location right on the beach and is exactly as pictured. We didn’t have too much trouble with the elevators except for on Sunday morning when a lot of people are checking out. Great for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Memorial Day Weekend

This apartment was very spacious and had a gorgeous view of Hallandale Beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the area was very clean. The building itself was in a central area and the pool was a fun place to cool down after soaking up the sun at the beach. There were a few issues such as the back room not having blinds/curtains which was disturbing in the mornings but the owner was quick to respond to address any issues and questions. The only downside was that we selected this property because it was on the beach and we expected to be able to use the beach umbrellas and chairs in front of the building. However, the beach stand that partners with the building is about a 5-10 minute walk north along the beach. It was a little confusing on the first day but eventually it was sorted out. Overall, it was a nice place to spend Memorial Day weekend with the family and we would gladly stay here again.

Great appartment in a not so good building

The appartment is great. The only comment is that the shower of the main suit has no power. Good view, specially to the cannal but you also see a los of sea. The condo is too crowded and the whole in and out is not at the level of the appartment and the price you pay for it. Valet parking is a pain as a concept but it works fine once you get used to it. The restaurant is a rip off all considered. Probably this condo hotel is a good option for a couple of days and during the low season.

Property exceeded my high expectations

The apartment is exactly like the pictures — breathtaking view and clean, uncluttered decor. It was spotless upon arrival, very well maintained and had all we needed for a one-month family stay. Great for work-from-home, with reliably fast wifi and solid, spacious desks in 2 of the bedrooms. To top it off, there’s Laure, the host who is more efficient, dependable and courteous then any 5-star concierge I’ve ever come across. How do I know that? My only issue during our stay was the dishwasher malfunctioned on a Saturday and Laure was there herself on Sunday with a technician. And that was Memorial Day weekend!

Amazing!

This property was amazing. We all had a great time. I read all the reviews prior to booking and I can't agree with any of the negative reviews that were posted. Check-in process was quick and easy. Daily Resort fee gives you access to all the amenities which is really worth it. Beach is just to the left of the property and 80 yards is really not a long walk, about 30 seconds :). Beach staff was great and accommodating. On a non busy day they will give you more then 2 towels-not a big deal! And you can always just relocate to the pool if you are not a big fan of the rain. But after-all, This is a tropical climate so rain/storm is to be expected during the day. We personally love the day rain and stayed in the water while it rained :) Elevators - not an issue. We never had to wait longer then 10 minutes, even over the weekend when it was busy. There is more then 1 elevator, so if you learn your way around the building you can just hop on a different elevator. This is a 41 level building so a little wait is to be expected. Trash chute - its on the the same floor as the unit, just at the end of the hall by the other elevator. I know someone posted that there were no instructions and they had to look for it, however, all you have to do is just ask the staff. Thats what I did, also not a big deal. Both restaurants were great. Loved having this option when we didn't feel like ubering somewhere else for dinner. Condo was just amazing, you can't really beat the views, sooo breathtaking:) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Laure

Beautiful property in gorgeous location but problems checking in, absentee manager require multiple calls to check in, forgot to send check in instructions Beach was good but not in front of the building, required a 80 yard walk sideways. All else was perfect.
