Dear Guest, thank you for your review,The apartment in which you stayed is exactly published on Expedia web site, it is with angular sofa and Zebra Art, please take a look carefully before book an apartment.Our apartment are sanitized with bleach and detergent to assure the maximum hygiene at every check out, maybe you are referring that scent.All our kitchen have a full set for 4 guests and arena perfect condition.We have a regular certified form State of Florida pest control that provide protection against bugs.Unfortunately as you can see awe have excellent reviews in our history, but of course if you are not satisfied with our property we are not going to miss you.Best

We have basic and more than sufficiente tools in the kitchen, to cook. We have a water heater that start when you turn on the water, simply needs to let the water run couple of minutes, asking us is always the best solution.Best

Good Evening, thank you for your review.We have some corner unit facing the street and sometimes especially like the time you were here there was the boat show, the street became very busy and noisy.You can control the AC unit with 2 thermostats located in the living room and bed room, I see your temperature was set to 18C which it is cold but you can regulate by yourself.Thank you

Hello thank you for your review.Our apartments are in the Arte Deco District, meaning these are historic buildings in the City of Miami Beach .However inside all our apartments are completely renewed with full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and all the amenities. We have excellent reviews and dedicated customer service, in fact you forgot to mention that we gave you a free late check out until 6 pm.My very Best

Good Morning,thank you for your review.The unit number 9 in which you stay is exactly published on Expedia Web Page, kindly read what you book.Our beds are futons, so the boxspring site on the floor, it is the way our furniture are.We are in South Beach, Ocean drive and Lincoln Road are 10 minutes walking distance.During you stay it was un unexpected cold, I see that you put the AC on hot fun, that was probably the smell you were feeling, in Florida we never use heater, when that happen the AC unit may blow a different smell.For the parking you called me asking if you could park inside and I reply of course and a fee of 10 per day would have been charged.But you have preferred to park on our street spot for free, maybe the fee it was not in your budget.Thank you Best
