The worst hotel I've been to in my entire life and I'm 49 years old I paid dearly for it but now if they give me a cheap offer I wouldn't go for anything in this world. Dirt everywhere in the bathroom, the dirtiest thing I've ever seen in a hotel, we even found a cockroach. A horrible musty stench. The air was from a window put on improvised and it did not cool at all. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Terrible atmosphere

Overall, this was one of the more disappointing hotels I have stayed at recently. The bed frame looked home-made, the bathroom had no extraction, the hotel airconditioning seemed to be broken and the room had a portable ducted AC unit which meant the windows couldn't close and there was a lot of street noise. This property just feels run down and tired.

La realidad es otra! .. la piscina no luce como me las fotos , la propiedad necesita reparaciones o remodelación, está muy antigua , elevadores antiguos sin aire acondicionado, muchas habitaciones con problemas de aire acondicionado ( no funcionan ) . I had the worst experience at this hotel. My first room was so nasty tht I couldn’t even sleep. The carpet was dirty they had the portable air conditioner. The bathroom was nasty. Then they moved me to another room charged me another resort fee and then I get in tht room and there was no hot water. Then they moved me to another room and it had ants Everywhere. They never refunded my deposit they charged me another $100 for what I dnt know.

You can’t turn on the shower to get it to warm up (it doesn’t much) without getting wet. Outdated hotel but the floors are newer and okay.

Yes. Our Walk in showers use Glass walls instead of curtains.

This place was disgusting. No room temp water, no cold water. The tub kept getting flooded. I had a sun burn and the steaming hot shower burnt my skin even more, when I complained to staff, they moved my room to another horrible room. This room had a dirty toilet and sink and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures. The elevator took about 15/20 minutes each time we had to take it. There was no room service and receptionist was never in the front desk. Don’t come here !!!! You will regret it. I ended up leaving this hotel and booked another one during my stay in Miami!

Terrible… DIRTY rooms. Elevator, toilet, a/c all didn’t work. Window leaked during rain. Room had to have mold, effecting our allergies. TINY room, TINY tv. Building not secure- fire scape door didn’t lock- could be accessed by anyone. We know because we used it to access our 5th floor room because the one working elevator was so slow and we had no faith it wouldn’t also break down. Lobby and pool look nice- like the pictures. The rest of the place looked nothing like the pics. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was friendly on the rare occasion we used the lobby. We didn’t bother to complain as we could see/hear other guests experiencing similar issues.

In a nice area with a short walk to the beach and boardwalk with great restaurants in nearby hotels and a full market too. Don't panic because it's alittle out dated. The hotel was fine for sleeping because we were never in it during the day. So good price for that. Nice pool

"Red" Flag. Hotel needs a lot of Work
This hotel has a lot of issues. I'll start with the good. Half of the staff was polite and they did give us back the resort fee for our issues. Also, the pool was nice and it was close to the beach. They provide towels and beach chairs which was a plus and the happy hour at the bar was good. But... the hotel needs a LOT of work. Everything in the rooms need to be replaced. The only thing in good condition in the flooring. Everything else was filthy and very well used. Also, our air conditioner was dripping when we arrived. There were actually towels on the floor to soak up the puddle near the entrance of the room that we had to walk through to get in. They sent someone up to fix it. Well, they fixed the drip... but then the AC didn't work well. They morning I left the room it was 80 degrees with the AC set as low as it goes. That goes for the fitness room as well, if you call it that. The room is a hot box with no windows and a broken air conditioner. It was also 80 degrees in there and the machines are rusted and only the treadmill even has power to it. Overall, the hotel was dirty and and very run down. Don't trust the photos. They must have been taken many years ago. The hotel seems to have potential. But, until it gets ta very much needed renovation, I say do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

I recommend the property gets a renovation plan together for replacing the carpets and fixing up the rooms. I felt so grossed out. After 20 mins of checking in, my husband I were checking out. The only highlight was the friendly and helpful staff.

The place is old and the pictures they show is a room that must have be renovated only, Air conditioning did not work room had mold in the bathroom. 30” tv , refrigerator barely worked, floor was worn out , only thing good was they provided tools for the sweat!

Air conditioning didn’t work. 85 degrees in the room. Tried to get them to fix. No other rooms available. Latch to door was not safe. Slightly leaning on door caused door to room to open. We felt very unsafe.

Yes 100% agreed. The city has indeed been making a great push to encourage travelers to not bring cars into the city to keep the traffic light. We are working on brining a valet service to the property to help alleviate this issue.
