Where to begin with the negatives: Rooms extremely outdated and dirty. everyday something was not right: missing towels, missing coffee, missing coffee cups, missing hair dryer, missing hand and floor towels…reception completely unavailable when calling early morning (7-8). Worse hotel experience we’ve ever had. Only nice things were the beach, the service at the pool and all the valet guys.

The room needs updating, the water in the tub went down slow. We called for the engineer to come up and fix it. They took out the stopper. The room had strands of hair all around it. The toilet seat was moving. Wasn't a terrible stay, but definitely wasn't the best. I wouldn't stay here again.

This property is very nice. The rooms seem a little than most hotels on Collins which is very much appreciated. The staff are kind and friendly an overall nice girls trip or family vacation spot.

I called several times to confirm they had valet at the hotel before we srrived. When we arrived, we were told there is no valet available. The parking garages in the area are closed. They told me to try another hotel. The hotels in the area said they only valet for their own guests. This is not what I expect when paying Bonvoy prices.

Our ultimate intention is to provide seamless services to our valued guests and it's evident that this wasn't your case with regards to the valet service. We'd want to assure you that your feedback is being taken seriously and we'll look into ways to provide clearer communication regarding such facilities in the future. The last thing we desire is for our guests to feel uncatered for at any point during their stay because of a lack in the services that they expected.

The room is shabby and didn’t have amenities in the bathroom and we had to request them separately . The beach service is bad and they charge you $25 for the umbrella. They were running out of towels, and so they never provided us towels at the beach on time. Not worth your money which is almost equivalent to its adjacent hotels that have better service.
