Zeer slecht!!
Wc in lobby outl of order erg koud in lobby.er stond een bord dat wegens vernieuwing het wat stoffig kon zijn.nou bij ons 's lagen de puinstukken in de kamer.vis tapijt stopcontact ging met draadjes vast.airco te smerig dat we deze niet aan konden zetten .al met besloten we eerder uit te checken dan gepland.

Smerig en oud op toplocatie
Een toplocatie! Maar een smerig hotel in slechte staat. Het slot vd badkamer sloot zichzelf van binnenuit. We konden 's nachts niet eens naar de toilet. Om 7.00 AM zou er iemand komen. Natuurljk niemand gezien. Gelukkig met heel veel gepruts kregen we hem zelf open. Relatief goedkoop hotel voor Miami.. verwacht dan ook niks als je kiest voor dit hotel.

I had a bad experience booking the Seagul hotel. When I reached the hotel they said the property was sold and they relocated me to other hotel called "Four Palms" and there was no free parking available,no microwave and no refrigerator in that four palms hotel. It was a horrible experience. However the four palms hotel is at nice location and easy access to beach.

Fire alarm went off at 1:30am. Staff was not able to turn it off until 3:45am. They could not reach management nor maintenance. Supposedly, the problem was due to a short circuit. Rain water was pouring into the building. After insisting at the front desk, families with small kids were offered to go to sister hotels, but at their own cost. Terrible experience. Not sure whether the hotel should be operating.

I like that this property is on the beach and has a pool with its own private entrance onto the boardwalk. I also saw that they had pool view rooms but unfortunately they were sold out . Even tho I was there while they were doing construction, I would book there again. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool wasn’t 100% clean but that can be from construction.

Excelente ubicación. Algunos pisos están reformados parcialmente y otros no. El personal no es de lo más amable ni capacitado. El mantenimiento y la limpieza son MALOS. Y no hay señales de intenciones de mejorarlo.

Room had a giant chunk of drywall cut out of the wall. Toiletpaper seemed to have been wet and then dried. Hole in the bottom of the tub. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Various areas of the walls which appeared to have been punched and then poorly patched over. Vending machine was empty. Great location though!

Disappointing room condition
The pics make you think it’s an acceptable place to stay even though it’s a 2.6 star rating but the reality is the place was horrible. The bathroom had mold, cracks in the wall, it was smelly, the hallway had stained carpets, the hotel doors looked cracked and uninviting, and we smelled weed in the hallway. By the end of our stay, we were coughing because of the moisture and mold in the bathroom. We thought the place would be nice as it is by the ocean and had a pool but it’s not worth it. I’d rather spend more money next time then to stay here.

Disappointing, would advise against staying here
Disgusting bathroom, although the actual beds were fine, we found multiple live small insects in the corner of the room. Bathroom tub and sink were stained with yellow water residue/ limescale. likewise the bath tape/faucet would not stop dripping and the wash basin plug could not be removed. Multiple holes in the bathroom wall simply painted over with white paint but it was clear there were lots of defects. Reported this to staff who seemed apathetic when we raised these issues.

Having a relaxed vacation!
we have stayed vat this hotel always good this time it was surprise given a newly renovated pool side room clean fridge coffee machine microwave steps to the beach had a great time staff were real friendly ,what was missing a soap dish in the shower where I bought one in Marshals ,there should always be a lower tap to wash your feet without getting wet all over overall great room and fantastic stay thank you for the workers who made the stay relaxed and helpful !!

Worst experience ever. Security people were so mean. Our air conditioner broke down and was never fixed. Last time we stayed at that hotel. Room was a mess.
