'The host Robert was amazing. He addressed all our needs and replied right away. The home layout is beautiful. It was pretty clean. Only problem we encountered was we didn't have full access to the refrigerator. The host did come over right away to make a little room for us. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.'

'This property is a cozy little cottage about 1/2 mile east of Downtown Gainesville. It is a bit off the beaten path for a game weekend, so you need a car to get to around. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars in downtown to enjoy. The house has easy access and lots of parking. There are 2 bedrooms (a queen and 2 twins). There is plenty of space to have dinner and sit around with friends and family. We were only there for one night after a football game, so we did not cook or use any of...

'Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants.'

'Overall the property was good. The fact that it’s pet-friendly was fantastic! It’s a duplex that shares one fenced entrance/exit. This property (apt A) has the yard in the front. The kitchen window benefits from a blind like the rest of the home for privacy.
