'We loved this spot! Adorable and very clean little house with a well-kept yard and nice deck and grilling area out back to enjoy outdoor meals. The neighborhood is a quiet area with mostly much older (but kept up or remodeled - NOT rundown) homes right along the river, which you can see from the yard and is a 2min or less walk from the house. Very close to downtown Melbourne and a short drive to everything. Very comfortable all the way around and at such a great price! We would absolutely...

'Wonderful host! The outdoor space is great with the pool and the deck overlooking the water.'

'Amazing'

'Nice, clean and comfortable '

'The was clean and welcoming. The location is good, pretty centralized. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The hosts were good at communicating and getting back to us if we had questions. The pool was well kept and we spent most of the time out by the pool.'

'It was very clean and minutes away from down town , great location and the right size for us. Very clean and easy to enter and park , thank you for a great week and HAPPY 250!!'

'When I pulled up I was a bit concerned as the outside could use a fresh coat of paint but was very happy once I went in. The refrigerator was the perfect size, the whole place was great and suited my needs for week. I would stay there again.'

'Great house clean very quiet neighborhood close to shops beaches and restaurants and space center'

'Our stay was 49 days and the house, property management, cleanliness and area were perfect. Highlights that were within an hour and half: the theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, watched a SpaceX launch, Daytona Beach and played Popgolf. Highly recommend this property….'

'My parents and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. It was clean and well-stocked. The home is just as it appears in the pics. Very relaxing place to stay. Will definitely stay here again and most definitely recommend to others!'
