'Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.'

'This hotel exceeded all my expectations, from the staff, to the room, and the restaurant. They were extremely dog friendly, and we felt right at home. The room was gorgeous and stacked. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. The only downside is the gym was a bit small and crowded. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe. Often walked alone at night with my dog. '
