'We were upgrades to a 1 bedroom in the 7th Floor. Which was generally really nice. But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'

'We took the smallest suite and it was still very spacious and comfortable, with a living room and a small kitchen. You need to know that Expedia describes it with a free parking. That is wrong, it is 35$ per day. Perfect location to visit NY'

'Person checking us in could not understand us and did not communicate that we had requested a late check out. Sheets were absolutely filthy and looked as if they had been previously slept on. We had a ridiculous time getting toilet paper and person at reception 5 was rude. The towels were awful and smelled like cat urine. The toilet paper had been previously wet. Bathroom was extremely dirty. The only plus was the view of the Empire State Building. This is a one and done!!! I do not recommend at...

'Everything at the bungalow was really nice, perfect scenery, nice and clean, check in was real easy. Only one issue, I did not see online where it said you could not fish in front of your bungalow, I only saw the sign when I pulled up to it. I think you should let people know online before you book that there is no fishing. Otherwise I had a great stay. Thank you'

'The location is one of the best things about it — it’s just minutes from shopping, Ocean City, and Assateague Island, but it’s tucked away in a quieter area without heavy traffic, so it feels peaceful at the same time. Having your own private cottage is a huge plus. You don’t have to worry much about hearing neighbors, and you also don’t have to worry about your family making too much noise for anyone else.
