Perfectly positioned along the shoreline of Encounter Marine Park, this two-storey coastal home captures sweeping ocean outlooks and a bright, open atmosphere throughout. Upstairs, the main open-plan living area centres around panoramic coastal views, where picture windows draw the ocean into the space and comfortable seating and a TV invite quiet reading or long conversations. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped for easy holiday meals, while the nearby dining area offers a relaxed place to gather after a long day.

Outdoors, the covered alfresco patio extends the living space with outdoor dining, lounge seating and a BBQ, while the fully fenced backyard offers a safe place for children to play. Rinse off after the surf in the outdoor shower, then spend the evening gathered around the fire pit beneath the starlit sky.

Bedrooms are positioned across both levels, creating space and privacy throughout the home. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a calm retreat with a king bed and ocean views. It includes a walk-in robe, ensuite and split-system air conditioning for year-round comfort, while a nearby powder room adds extra convenience on this level. Downstairs, there is one queen bedroom and two additional bedrooms with single beds, along with a main bathroom and full laundry.

Driveway parking is available for two cars. Please note the top bunks shown in bedrooms three and four are not available for guest use.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please be mindful of local fire bans, as the fire pit is unavailable when restrictions are in place. Please bring your own kindling and firewood.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
