'This hotel still has the new carpet smell. Everything was very clean. Pool was small, but great for kids that just want to cool off. Front desk staff was delightful at check-in and check-out. We had to leave before breakfast each day and the employee packed our daughter a full to-go breakfast. We stayed for a soccer tournament and will definietly be back next summer. 10/10!'

'The room was clean and comfortable however the remote for TV was faulty needed to press buttons 4-5 times to get channels to move also the toilet ran. The included breakfast was sad only waffles & biscuits. Only hard boiled eggs no scrambled or omelette eggs no sausage or bacon. Biggest issue was the keycards they didn’t work very well had to get a new card made at the front desk at night'

'It was a wonderful hotel, featuring a nice pool area, arcade, lounge, and breakfast. It also was centerally located to museums and the hospital which was convenient for our family.'

'I stayed here for a night to attend a concert in Grand Rapids. This hotel, including my room, was really clean and well-maintained. And the desk people were really helpful and nice. If I’m in the area I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. They were kind to my child, too; I always appreciate that! #respect!'
