'Overall a good stay. But AC off upon arrival and it took 7 hours before the temperature was bearable to sleep (5 pm arrival). Nice atmosphere at the pub with great food and service.'

'This property is immaculate. The garden was lovely and offers shade and sun. The owner is such a nice gentleman and cannot do enough for the guests. My bedroom was large and comfortable. The shower in the bath was powerful and it makes such a great change to be provided with large bath towels. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was great with lots of variety! Fresh fruit and juice as well as a choices of cooked options. Id stay here again in a heartbeat.'

'If you are looking for something a bit different for a special stay this place ticks all the boxes. A very peaceful location. The Old Station and carriages are maintained to a very high standard. The staff were very responsive to any requests. We had a lovely breakfast sitting under sun shades on the platform, as the weather was very warm. The carriages were cool despite it being 36° as shutters could be closed over the windows. Very comfortable bed.'

'linden house was beautiful, it was just a short walk or 7min drive to the sandiest beach in West Wittering, the hosts were very welcoming and helpful thank you Lulu and Russell and they even have a Hot tub, it was so nice to watch the horses on the back of the house on a morning with a coffee and the little book with all the local places to eat were a lovely touch, I recommend the Boulevard, it is a family run restaurant and it did a lovely burger and Sunday roast. Cannot recommend enough'

The staff were lovely and the 'Hotel' was conveniently close to the ferry and close to the City centre The staff were great, everywhere was clean and the ‘free’ breakfast was great. The issue with this property is basic maintenance. The shower was right next to the toilet where the water went straight onto the floor. The shower was very weak and took a long time to hear up.
