'The staff could not find my reservation, they made no effort to find it. I had to call Expedia they gave them the same reservation number I had given them and after a while the problem was resolved.'

'There was trash left from previous occupant, damaged ac and consequently no air conditioning, we were able to open the window to stay comfortable during the night, evidence of many repairs but poorly done. Not impressed with the facility, the only advantage was that it was much cheaper than other facilities in the area.'

'A huge amount of noise came from the ventilation unit.
Turning off heating/airco did not help anything, it kept blowing at a huge speed with a lot of noise. It sounded like sleeping next to an aircraft engine.
The person at hand suggested to swap rooms next door. The exact same thing. After that, his comment was “oh this must be normal”.
It was far from normal.
Did not sleep and thus not enjoy our stay! Would not recommend it.
