'The Staff and Hotel were the absolute best. We were happy to stay 2 nights there with their awesome breakfast. We also enjoyed the hotel room and the view we got was cool. We will go back and we hope to get the same room and service again. Thank you so much. Perez Fam.'

'A huge amount of noise came from the ventilation unit. Turning off heating/airco did not help anything, it kept blowing at a huge speed with a lot of noise. It sounded like sleeping next to an aircraft engine. The person at hand suggested to swap rooms next door. The exact same thing. After that, his comment was “oh this must be normal”. It was far from normal. Did not sleep and thus not enjoy our stay! Would not recommend it. Lack of help or compassion. '

'Everything was great and Danny the front girl is very nice to us. I had a bad experience with the night front desk girl her name is jellisa, that's what she told me her name was. I asked her for 1 xtra towel and a blanket, she told me that she didn't have any. Well then while we were at the restaurant we saw a lady passing by with a bunch of towels for her family I asked her were she had gotten them and she told me that the front girl gave it to her 😡😡😡😡😡😡.
